BYU head coach Kalani Sitake and the Cougar football program will conduct a Cougar Youth Pro Day Clinic for younger athletes on Thursday, June 8, at LaVell Edwards Stadium. Cougar Youth Pro Day is for 5th-8th grade youth and costs $20.

Cougar Youth Pro-Day Clinic gives the younger athlete (incoming 5th graders to 8th graders) the opportunity to learn about and experience what it is like to go through the NFL Pro Day by learning and practicing much of the same speed, strength and agility drills as the college players. The clinic will provide an excellent opportunity for young athletes to learn about specific drills and techniques that will assist them in making long-term goals to fulfill their dreams of playing football at the highest levels while also helping them see where they can improve right now.

These young athletes will be instructed by the BYU football coaches and staff on how to perform the drills properly. Instruction will focus on the fundamental elements of the drill to maximize speed, efficiency and injury prevention. Each participant will be provided the same measurements professional scouts are looking for and techniques the young athlete can use to help them improve those measurements.
