BYU to conduct high school coaches clinic on March 22

PROVO, Utah — BYU football will conduct a coaches clinic for high school and intermediate school coaches on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

The clinic, sponsored by Gameday Promos, begins at 8 a.m. with check-in at the Smith Fieldhouse Annex (west end of the fieldhouse). High school and intermediate school coaches are welcome to attend the clinic.

In addition to watching a BYU practice, the clinic will feature breakout sessions with seven coaches from around the country as well as breakout meetings with the BYU coaching staff.  The following coaches from seven different states will be featured breakout speakers at the clinic:

Albert 'Abu' Ma’afala – Kamehameha HS (Hawaii)
Sean McAuliffe – Judson HS (Texas)
Elijah Brooks – DeMatha HS (Maryland)
Norris Vaughn – Mountain Poine HS (Arizona)
Matt Logan – Corona Centennial HS (California)
Gino Mariani, Highland HS (Idaho)
Paul Petersen – Snow College (Utah)

The registration fee for the clinic is $40 per coach. The fee also includes lunch and dinner. Coaches wishing to attend are encouraged to please preregister to help expedite the check-in process.
