SDCCU Poinsettia Bowl - Monday recap

SAN DIEGO – BYU football continued preparations on Monday for the 2016 San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl against the University of Wyoming while also enjoying more bowl festivities. The Cougars (8-4) and Cowboys (8-5) face off in Qualcomm Stadium on Wednesday at 6 p.m. PST on ESPN.
After meetings and a practice in the morning on Monday, the team was able to spend the afternoon at SeaWorld San Diego. Players and coaches also did media interviews during the day at practice and on BYU Sports Nation, which included appearances from Ty Detmer, Corbin Kaufusi, Nick Kurtz and San Diego Bowl Game Association President Ted Tollner.
