WHY DID I CHOOSE TO PLAY FOOTBALL OVER OTHER SPORTS: Football was the only sport I grew up being told I could never play by doctors, but it was always my favorite to watch with my family, so when the opportunity presented itself for me to actually play, I took it!

BEFORE A FOOTBALL GAME, I: Listen to a certain song before every game, but the song changes every week!

HOW DID I SPEND MY OFF-SEASON: Hanging out with friends and working out with my team

WHAT WOULD I LIKE TO DO SOME TIME IN MY LIFE: Honestly, direct a movie that changes people’s lives!

ONE PLACE I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT: Hawai`i because it’s where my parents met

IF I COULD PLAY ANOTHER POSITION,WHAT WOULD IT BE: Receiver

WHO HAS HAD THE GREATEST INFLUENCE ON MY FOOTBALL CAREER AND WHY: My family, because they’re the ones who saw how big of an impact it could have in my life more than I did.

WHAT DO I WANT TO BE DOING 20 YEARS FROM NOW: Being in business together with my sister

HOW DID I SELECT MY JERSEY NUMBER: It’s the day of my dad’s birthday, and it’s the day of the month I was baptized!

WHAT IS MY FAVORITE HOBBY OR ACTIVITY AWAY FROM FOOTBALL: I love watching movies, by myself or with friends

WHAT IS THE BEST BOOK I’VE EVER READ: I started reading “The Shack” by William P. Young, that’s a great one so far, but as far as one I’ve already finished, best one is “The Explicit Gospel” by Matt Chandler

PEOPLE SAY I LOOK LIKE: A relative or friend of theirs, I’ve never been told by that I look like someone famous haha

MY FAVORITE PROFESSOR OR MOST INTERESTING CLASS I’VE TAKEN AT BYU: Most of the Rec Management classes have been pretty fun for me to take

WHAT IS MY MOST MEMORABLE ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENT OR MOMENT: Being named the starter for BYU, and being told I was put on scholarship by coach Mendenhall, both of those rank right up there.

IF I HAD TO GIVE UP ALL OF MY POSSESSIONS EXCEPT ONE, WHAT WOULD BE THE ONE THING I KEPT AND WHY? My laptop, too many memories and works on there to be losing!

MY FAVORITE WEBSITE: Have to say youtube.com is a good one!

MY ADVICE TO YOUNGSTERS: Make sure you keep enjoying what you’re doing the more you advance in whatever you’re plans are for the future whether it’s football etc.

IF I WERE HOSTING YOU ON A RECRUITING VISIT TO PROVO, THE MOST IMPRESSIVE THING I’D HAVE TO SHOW YOU IS: The view of Provo at the Y at night!

MY LEAST FAVORITE TRIP IS AND WHY: The game in UCF last year, I’ve never been in such humidity before It was hard to get used to.

ON GAME DAY MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES: Leave me alone, because they know I don’t really like to talk while I’m preparing for a game! haha. But we’ll hang out after.
