BYU Pro Day to be held Thursday
PROVO, Utah—BYU football will host its annual Pro Day on Thursday, welcoming representatives from the National Football League to campus to scout 18 NFL hopefuls.
Thirteen BYU football players from last year's team are scheduled to participate in NFL Combine-like drills and tests, including the 40-yard dash, 20- and 60-yard shuttle runs, three-cone drill, broad jump, vertical jump, bench press and position-specific drills.
Defensive lineman Ezekiel Ansah and offensive lineman Braden Brown both represented BYU at the NFL Scouting Combine early in Indianapolis and will be on hand to work out again for NFL teams.
Pro Day is closed to the public. Check BYUCougars.com for more information following the event.
