BYU baseball lands 10 on the WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll

SAN MATEO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference honored 10 BYU baseball players on its 2021-22 WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll announced Monday.

Each year the WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognizes student athletes who have excelled in balancing the demands of athletics and academia. Athletes are named to gold, silver or bronze honors based on their cumulative GPA.

Outfielder Cole Gambill received gold honors, posting the highest GPA on the team with a 3.87 cumulative mark in business finance. Carter Foss and Alex Sardina received silver honors, with seven being named to the bronze honor roll list: Ryan Brady, Bryan Call, Hayden Leatham, Boston Mabeus, Copper McKeehan, Justis Reiser and Jacob Rogers

A total of 115 BYU student athletes from twelve teams were named to the 2021-22 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, including 45 gold honors, 22 silver honors and 48 bronze honors.
