BYU Enters Rankings at 25th
PROVO, Utah - Baseball America and the National Baseball Writers Association ranked BYU baseball No. 25 in the nation in the latest polls released Monday.
The Cougars enter the week with a 29-10 record and .744 winning percentage, the 12th-best percentage in the nation. BYU is on a five-game win streak after sweeping a three-game series at Pacific last week and taking two wins at Washington the week before.
BYU is also ranked 27th by Collegiate Baseball and is two spots out of the USA Today/Coaches Top 25.
This is the second week this season BYU has been ranked in a top 25 poll, having come in at No. 24 by Collegiate Baseball the week of March 25.
