PROVO, Utah — Signed baseballs your Dad would want to see are on display for a limited time on the ground floor of Miller Park near the BYU baseball offices.

More than 40 autographed baseballs in two secured display cases are available for fans to view this weekend, especially when they come to watch BYU host Saint Mary's College in baseball games on Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m., and on Saturday at noon.

A 1928 New York Yankees baseball signed by Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and others is on display along with autographed baseballs and cards of baseball greats like Carl Yastrzemski; Jim Palmer; Bo Jackson; Bob Feller; Sandy Koufax; Cal Ripken, Jr.; Willie McCovey; Catfish Hunter; Frank Robinson; Johnny Bench; Waite Hoyt; Don Drysdale; Whitey Ford; Brooks Robinson; Lou Brock; Pete Rose; Reggie Jackson; and Cool Papa Bell.

This autographed collection is from a recent generous gift of the Gene Banks family to BYU.  Selected signed baseballs will be auctioned off in the near future, with proceeds benefiting BYU baseball.
