Freshman Year

Sophmore Year 1948-1949

Junior Year 1949-1950

  • Appeared in 31 games and averaged 4.8 points and 2.4 rebounds

Summary from the 1949-50 Media Guide

Came into his own during the last few games of last season as a sophomore, but failed to accumulate enough minutes for his letter. However, he’s one of the outstanding guard prospects this year and should be a real candidate for a starting berth. Scrappy, fast, and a good drive-in artist, Craig will add a lot to the Cougar offense and provide plenty of trouble for the opposition on defense.

Senior Year 1950-1951

  • Appeared in 24 games and averaged 2.1 points and 1.4 rebounds

Summary from the 1950-51 Media Guide

A letterman with last year’s champions, Craig is playing his third season with the Cougar Varsity. In his sophomore year, he didn’t get in enough to rate a letter. He is exceedingly fast and accurate when he is on, but has his spotty games. But he is improved this season and should see a lot of ball. He was high man in the second game against Utah last year, but tapered off after that effort.
