Joe-Bob returns to BYU after two years with the Marines. He played football prior to his stretch in the service but returned to Provo in ready condition for basketball. Cowser’s height is badly needed on the guard line. He is fast and a fairly clever ball handler. A boy to watch this year. Cowser played one year for San Bernardino Junior College.
