Lynn won all-state honors at Spanish Fork High School before coming to BYU. Last year as a sophomore he fell a little short of expectations, but the ’55-56 season looks like it will be his best. Tall and lithe, Rowe is fast for a big man. He has a fine jump shot, and he can score consistently when given an opportunity to drive for the basket. Lynn is a pre-med major.

With Ed Pinegar and Blaine Anderson graduated, Lynn Rowe falls heir to forward position he shared with them last year. Lynn has good form, nice speed, and should figure as threat in this spot. He is two-year letterman, won all-state honors as a prep at Spanish Fork High.
