Before BYU

• A four-year letterman for coach Mike Maxwell at Bountiful High School
• Finished Bountiful career with totals of 1,704 points, 494 rebounds, 325 assists, 140 steals and 217 3-point field goals
• Named the Utah Gatorade Player of the Year
• Named the 4A MVP and first-team all-state by the Deseret News, received All-Tribune (top players in the state regardless of classification) honors from the Salt Lake Tribune and named the Standard Examiner All-Area MVP
• Led Bountiful to a record of 22-6 overall and 14-0 in Region and the 4A state title
• Averaged 25.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.7 steals and hit 82 threes
• Named to the 4A all-state first team by the Deseret News and the Salt Lake Tribune as a junior
• Led Bountiful to a record of 26-1 overall and 14-0 in Region 6 and the 4A state title
• Averaged 18.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.7 steals and hit 70 threes
