Summary
A good ballhandler and scoring threat, Rashaun Broadus was a significant contributor for BYU before being suspended midway through his senior season. He started 11 games in 2006-07 while averaging 6.1 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 15 outings after receiving honorable-mention All-MWC honors as a junior. A transfer from Western Nebraska Community College where he led his team with 14.6 points per game while making a team-best 57 three-point shots, Broadus finished fourth in the MWC in assists in 2005-06, his first in a Cougar uniform, and was second in assist/turnover ratio.
