BYU Defeats Boise State 7-2 In Dual Match

PROVO -- Led by an impressive performance by senior Eline Chiew, the BYU women's tennis team defeated Boise State in a non-conference dual match 7-2 Friday. The win improves the Cougars to 7-4 overall.

Chiew, ranked No. 53 in the country in singles, led the way with a 6-1, 6-4 victory over Pia-Lena Ander in number one singles. She also teamed with freshman Lu Oswald to win at number two doubles 8-3 over Catherine Rinaldi and Jemima Attard.
