BYU advances four players to semis in BYU Invitational

PROVO, Utah -- Jodi Richardson, Dominique Reynolds, Lindsay Ferrell and Elyse Jensen of BYU each advanced to the semifinals in each of the four singles tournaments at the BYU Invitational on Thursday held at the BYU tennis courts.

The BYU doubles team of Richardson and Brooke Ferney also advanced to the second round by defeating Freida Kareld and Cassie Kasteler of Utah.

The three-day tournament includes four singles tournaments and two doubles tournaments. The semifinals will be played on Friday and the finals will be on Saturday at 10 a.m.

Other Utah teams at the Invitational include Utah State, Utah and Weber State. The results from these schools are posted below.
