Women Head To Kansas
After a week off, the BYU women's tennis will head to Kansas to take on Kansas State, Kansas and Notre Dame on February 22, 23 and 24.
The Cougars, No. 44 in the nation, up from No. 46, are 5-2 after splitting a road trip to Texas two weeks ago. They lost to SMU, 4-3, but beat Rice, 6-1.
This week's competition will be a test for the Cougars. Notre Dame is ranked No. 6 in the nation, including the No. 2 singles player, Michelle Dasso, and Kansas State is ranked No. 40. For the Cougars, Jodi Richardson is ranked at No. 40 in singles.
BYU will travel to Kansas State, where they will play the Wildcats on Thursday, then they will travel to Lawrence, Kansas to take on the University of Kansas. They will also play Notre Dame in Lawrence.
