Cougars open season at Weber State on Friday

PROVO, Utah – BYU women's tennis will begin the 2023 season Friday, Jan. 27 at 12:00 p.m. MST at Weber State. The Cougars return eight players from last season and will also feature two new roster additions.
The match will be played at the Ogden Athletic Club.
BYU Notes
- The Cougars went 11-15 last season, including 4-10 on the road.
- Head coach Holly Hasler is 45-37 at BYU ahead of her fifth season. She is assisted by Gabby Curtis, who is in her second season.
- BYU will be beginning its final season in the WCC.
Weber State Notes
- The Wildcats went 14-9 last season, including 6-1 at home.
- 2022 Big Sky Champions
- Head coach RuthAnn Allen is 30-24 overall at Weber State and in 2022 was named the Big Sky Coach of the Year.
