Cougar women are at New Mexico and Houston this week in women's tennis action
PROVO, Utah – BYU women's tennis is back on the road for its next two upcoming matches.
The Cougars travel to Albuquerque to face the University of New Mexico on Thursday, Mar. 5, at 12 p.m. MDT. BYU then heads to Texas to take on the University of Houston, Saturday, Mar. 7, at 10 a.m. CDT.
BYU (5-3) is looking to get back to winning as it competes on the road. The team has gone 3-2 in its last five matches.
University of New Mexico
BYU holds a 35-4 record against the Lobos (3-5), with the Cougars winning the last five. This will be the first home match for New Mexico this season. The Lobos compete in the Mountain West Conference and are part of the ITA Mountain Region along with the Cougars.
University of Houston
The University of Houston has compiled an 8-5 record on the year and are on a two-match win streak along with an 8-4 mark when playing at home. BYU leads the overall series with Houston, 10-1.
