Two Cougars are named to WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll
Sophomore Mackenna Maddox and junior Morgan Anderson-Littlewood were both named to the West Coast Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll the Conference released today.
The honor roll recognizes student-athletes throughout the conference that excelled in the classroom as well as for their respective teams. The honor roll is split into three honors based on GPA: gold (3.75-4.00), silver (3.50-3.74) and bronze (3.00-3.49).
Maddox (3.44) and Anderson-Littlewood (3.02) were both awarded bronze honors for their work in the classroom and on the court.
Anderson-Littlewood returns for her senior season after a stellar junior season when she was named All-WCC Honorable Mention in doubles with her teammate Meghan Sheehan-Dizon. The pair went 7-1 together and Anderson-Littlewood went 10-1 overall in doubles play. Anderson-Littlewood also finished with an 8-4 singles record in fall.
The team opens play this September with their fall tournaments and will begin regular season and WCC play this upcoming January.
