BYU in 10th after first day of WSU Cougar Cup
PULLMAN, Wash. — BYU women’s golf finished day one of the WSU Cougar Cup in 10th place after shooting a combined 589 (+13) Monday in its first two rounds of the 2019-20 campaign.

Anna Kennedy led the charge for the Cougars, finishing tied for 22nd after shooting a 72 (E) and 73 (+1) through rounds one and two. Annick Haczkiewicz finished just one stroke behind Kennedy after carding a 75 (+3) in the opening round and a team-low 71 (-1) in the second.
Allysha Mae Mateo finished tied for 36th after shooting a three-over on the day. Naomi Soifua finished tied for 62nd while Kerstin Fotu, who made her BYU debut Monday, currently sits tied for 74th.
