Cougars to play in Wyoming Cowgirl Classic

PROVO, Utah - The BYU women’s golf team will play in the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, Monday and Tuesday, April 6-7, at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.

The Cougars are a part of a 22-team field that includes: Wyoming, Santa Clara, Weber State, Northern Arizona, Utah Valley, Nevada, Idaho, Washington State, San Francisco, Sacramento State, New Mexico State, Boise State, Portland State, Seattle, UTEP, Eastern Wash­ington, Southern Utah, Montana State, Lamar, Montana and Northern Colorado.

Both days of the tournament on the 6,186-yard, par-72 course, will begin with a 7:45 a.m. shotgun start. The field will play two rounds on Monday and one on Tuesday.
