Zavodnik ranked No. 28 in D1 Softball Preseason Top 100
PROVO, Utah — BYU softball outfielder Violet Zavodnik was named to the D1Softball.com Preseason Top 100 Player Rankings list, the outlet announced.
A five-foot-eight junior out of Murrieta, California, Zavodnik came in at No. 28 in the rankings. She led the team last season in hits (61), RBI (59), runs (49) and home runs (19), finishing second in batting average, hitting .399.
