Cougars find success in fall ball
PROVO, Utah – BYU softball used its eight-game fall schedule to prepare for the regular season and finished with a record of 6-2.
BYU claimed two wins against Snow College, as well as victories over Salt Lake Community College, Utah Valley, Southern Utah and Dixie State. The team had a double-header setback against Boise State.
The Cougars begin their 2018 campaign at the Kajikawa Classic in Tempe, Arizona, on Feb. 8-10. They will compete against Stanford, Western Michigan, Nebraska, Georgia and Oregon State in the tournament.
BYU returns to Gail Miller Field on Friday, Mar. 16 for a double-header home opener against Southern Utah. More information about the upcoming season can be found on the softball schedule page.
