Blair Named to The Ben Hogan Award Watch List

PROVO, Utah – BYU junior Zac Blair has been named to The Ben Hogan Award Watch List for winter 2012.

The most prestigious award in men's college golf, The Ben Hogan Award is presented annually to the top men's NCAA Division I, II or III, NAIA or NJCAA college golfer taking into account all collegiate and amateur competitions during the past 12-month period.

Blair is seventh in the country with a stroke average of 70 per round and is coming off back-to-back wins at his last two individual tournaments. Last year he was named to the Division I PING All-Region West team after placing in the top-25 at the NCAA West Regional.

Blair and the Cougars will be back in action on Feb. 15 at the John H. Burns Invitational in Kahuku, Hawaii.
