Nine named to WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference named nine men's cross country athletes to the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll for the 2013-14 academic year.

Steve Flint received Gold Honors (4.00-3.75), Thomas Gruenewald received Silver Honors (3.74-3.50) and Jonathan Nelson, Taylor Farnsworth, Tylor Thatcher, Curtis Carr, Jason Witt, Jared Ward and Aaron Fletcher received Bronze Honors (3.49-3.00).

Flint, Thatcher and Ward received honors for the third straight academic year, while Gruenewald, Farnsworth, Carr and Witt received honors for the second consecutive year.

In order to receive WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll honors, athletes must have received a varsity letter in a WCC sport that crowned a champion while maintaining a 3.00 GPA with at least 12 graded credit hours per term.
