2005 Women's Volleyball Broadcast Schedule

PROVO -- Eight regular-season BYU women's volleyball matches will be featured broadcasts on television or via BYU Radio this season. The Mountain West Conference Women's Volleyball Championship will also be televised.

The Cougars will appear on BYUTV three times and CSTV once during the regular season. The first television match pits BYU against rival Utah in Provo on Sept. 28. BYUTV will also broadcast BYU home matches against San Diego State on Oct. 21 and versus Colorado State on Nov. 11. CSTV will televise BYU's Oct. 22nd match vs. UNLV in Provo tape-delayed on Oct. 23 as part of its Sunday Night Spikes package. In addition, CSTV will carry all matches of the MWC Tournament in Las Vegas, Nov. 24-26.

All BYUTV matches will be simulcast on BYU Radio, which is available online at BYUradio.org. BYU Radio will originate four additional matches beginning with TCU's first visit to Provo as a member of the MWC on Sept. 30. The Cougars also host Air Force on Oct. 14 and Utah Valley on Oct. 18 on BYU Radio, followed by the Cougars' visit to Utah on Nov. 4 in Salt Lake City. The BYU-Utah match on Nov. 4 will be delay-broadcast after the conclusion of the BYU men's basketball game that evening.

Cougar fans will be able to follow all other women's volleyball matches this year, excluding Sept. 23 at New Mexico and Oct. 25 at Weber State, via Live Stats webcasts. Live Stats webcasts provide text play-by-play updates of the match along with team and individual stats and scores. Links to Live Stats are made available prior to each match on the volleyball schedule page of BYUcougars.com. Live-audio matches via BYU Radio are also linked on the volleyball schedule page. Any additional video- or audio-streaming events produced by Cougar opponents will be noted with a link on the volleyball schedule page prior to the match.
