SAN MATEO, Calif. – BYU opposite hitter Kenzie Koerber was named West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.

This stands as Koerber’s fourth player of the week honor. Just last week, she snagged Defensive Player of the Week. Prior to this, she was named Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 20 and Oct. 25.

This past week, BYU faced WCC opponents Pacific, Saint Mary’s and San Diego. Not only did BYU dominate in three wins, the Cougars clinched the WCC Championship and maintained a perfect 18-0 undefeated record. It's BYU’s first undefeated conference record since 1993.

Koerber contributed to these wins with her 46 combined kills and average hitting percentage of .317. Against Saint Mary’s, she celebrated a new career high of 20 kills. Defensively, she racked up nine block assists and 34 digs.

Against Saint Mary’s and San Diego, Koerber notched a double-double in kills and digs, bringing her double-double tally to eight for the season.

This award marks the eighth WCC weekly honor collected by BYU players this season.
