Miller named FloVolleyball Player of the Week
PROVO, Utah – FloVolleyball named freshman outside hitter McKenna Miller its player of the week, the organization announced Tuesday.
Miller helped No. 10 BYU women’s volleyball capture the Sports Imports D.C. Koehl Classic last week with wins over Wyoming, LIU Brooklyn and No. 11 Ohio State.
She averaged 4.82 kills per set, collecting double-digit kills in every match. Her 31 kills against the Buckeyes were the second-most kills ever contributed in a match in BYU rally-scoring era. Her 76 attempts were tied for the most swings ever in BYU rally-scoring era history.
This is Miller’s first FloVolleyball honor.
