PROVO, Utah – BYU women’s volleyball announced its broadcast schedule for the 2016 season Monday, featuring 10 matches across national TV with additional matches broadcast on radio and web platforms.

“We love every opportunity we get to be showcased on national television,” BYU head coach Heather Olmstead said. “BYUtv, ESPN and TheW.tv have been great partners in making our women’s volleyball matches available to those who can’t make it to the arena. We look forward to competing on these platforms as we work to have another successful season.”

Each home match will either be broadcast live on BYUtv or streamed on TheW.tv. Additionally, the regular-season finale at Loyola Marymount will be broadcast live on ESPNU as part of the West Coast Conference’s agreement with ESPN. Other away conference matches will also be streamed live on TheW.tv.

BYUtv will once again feature the talent of Spencer Linton (play-by-play), Kristen Kozlowski (analyst) and Jason Shepherd (sideline reporter). The first broadcast from BYUtv will be Friday, Aug. 26, at 7 p.m. MDT against in-state foe Utah Valley.

All matches broadcast on BYUtv will also be streamed live on BYUtv.org and will be available for DVR playback following the conclusion of each match.

Barring conflicts with other BYU sports, BYU Radio – Sirius XM 143 will simulcast the BYUtv broadcast on the airwaves and online at BYUradio.org.

Broadcast details for each match will continue to be updated throughout the season as new details become available at the BYU women’s volleyball schedule page.
