SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Junior outside hitter Alexa Gray was named West Coast Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Monday, after leading No. 9 BYU women's volleyball (16-2, 7-0 WCC) to a pair of four-set road victories last week.

The wins keep BYU as the only undefeated team left in WCC play and continues an 11-match win streak.

To start the week off against Pacific, Gray had a season-high 20 kills, while hitting a .419 clip, to go along with three blocks. Then, against Saint Mary's, she matched that season-high 20 kills while still hitting above .400.

Gray ended the week with a team-high 40 kills, a .411 hitting percentage, three digs, five blocks (including two solo) and a pair of assists.

This is the second WCC Player of the Week honor for Gray, having picked up accolades last season.
