PROVO, Utah – Allysha Mae Mateo, the 2020-21 WCC Women's Golfer of the Year, was again honored for her academic and athletic achievements.
Last Friday, the Women’s Golf Coaches Association named Mateo to the WGCA All-American Scholar Team for her outstanding academic and athletic achievements in women's college golf and high moral character.
The junior from Honolulu, Hawaii recorded top-10 finishes in seven of 11 events this season including a fourth-place finish at the WCC Championship.
