BYU to host Entrada Classic
PROVO, Utah — This coming Monday and Tuesday, BYU women’s golf will host the BYU at Entrada Classic held at Entrada Golf Course in St. George, Utah.
The Cougars are coming off of a fifth-place finish at the Bay Area Intercollegiate. BYU shot 18 over par for the event, and freshman Rose Huang placed second individually, shooting three under par through 54 holes.
Last year at the BYU Entrada Classic, Cougar junior Alexandra White took first place individually at the event. The Cougars took second place as a team.
BYU will host 13 participating teams: Boise State, Dixie State, Eastern Kentucky, Iowa, North Texas, Rutgers, San Francisco, SUU, UT-San Antonio, UVU, Weber State, Wyoming and Yale.
Teams will play 36 holes on the par-72 course on Monday, and will finish the tournament with 18 holes on Tuesday. Groups will tee off Monday at 8:30 a.m. MST in a shotgun start. Click the following link to follow the action live.
