Men’s tennis 2014 recruiting class ranked No. 1 in mid major conferences

BYU’s men’s tennis recruiting class for 2014 is ranked No. 1 in the Top 25 Mid-Major Men’s Tennis Recruiting Classes announced by the Tennis Recruiting Network. All of the signees are touted as four and five-star players.

In December the Cougars signed Shane Monroe from Ventnor City, N.J., Victor Brown from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Samuel Tullis, from Centerville, Utah, and Matthew Pearce from Provo, Utah. Last April, BYU received a national letter of intent from David Ball, from Palo Alto, Calif. Pearce graduated early from high school and competed with the team this spring season. He will be heading out on an LDS mission in July.

The signees finished ranked 20th in the Top 25 Major men’s college recruiting classes by Tennis Recruiting Network.
