Prolo, Strauss to represent Cougars at 2023 NCAA Championships
MINNEAPOLIS — Brad Prolo and Mickey Strauss of the BYU men's swim and dive team will represent the Cougars in this years' competition at the 2023 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships. The four-day meet will be held at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Strauss will be making his second appearance at the NCAAs for the Cougars, as he will compete in the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform events. Prolo is set to participate in the 200-yard IM, 100-yard breaststroke, and 200-yard breaststroke. This will be Strauss' second time competing in the NCAAs, with Prolo qualifying for the meet for the first time in his career.

Meet Information:
The meet will be held from Wednesday, Mar. 22 to Saturday, Mar. 25. Wednesday's meet will begin in the evening at 6 p.m., while Thursday-Saturday will begin at 10 a.m. for prelims and 6 p.m. for finals. All times are CST.
Event Schedule:
Wednesday: 200 medley relay, 800 free relay
Thursday: 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free, 1-meter dive, 200 free relay
Friday: 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back, 3-meter dive, 400 medley relay
Saturday: 1650 free, 200 back, 100. free, 200 breast, 200 fly, 400 free relay

All events will be available to watch on ESPN+ as they happen live. Broadcasts will begin at the start of each prelim and finals session.
