Sproul Secures MPSF Athlete of the Week

PROVO, Utah – Sophomore swimmer Brynn Sproul claimed the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Athlete of the Week award for her impressive performance in dual meets against Denver and Nevada last weekend. 

Sproul recorded two first-place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke (56.55) and in the 200-yard backstroke (2:00.90) against Denver last Friday. She also placed second in the 500-yard freestyle (5:07.89). On the second day against Nevada, Sproul earned first in both the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:41.33) and the 100-yard backstroke (56.33). 

This is the third MPSF Athlete of the Week award in the Las Vegas native’s career, including two this year.
