Men move to No. 25 in rankings

PROVO, Utah – The BYU men’s swim and dive team moved to No. 25 in the CollegeSwimming.com Division I rankings after a week of strong performances at the Texas Hall of Fame Swimming Invitational in Austin, Texas. 

Jake Taylor led the men's team at the invite, breaking a school record in the 200-yard individual medley (1:43.50). Two relay teams also broke school records, with a team of Connor Stirling, Preston Jenkins, Taylor and Payton Sorenson setting a new record in the men’s 400 free relay (2:53.88) and a team of Taylor, Stephen Richards, Rainer Ng and Sorenson breaking the record in the 200 medley relay event (1:27.42).
