Twenty-three BYU swimmers and divers named to All-Academic team

PROVO, Utah -- A Mountain Pacific Sports Federation high 23 Cougar swimmers and divers were named All-Academic Scholar Athletes by Executive Director Al Beard Friday.
 
 
Haley Bertoldo, Riley Buer, Ciera Marsh Keller, Allison McCormick, Cheyenne McLaws, Haley Francois Quinn, Mackenzie Rands, Andrea Grant Richards, Hanna Skaggs, Alexandria Sorensen, Ashlee Spindler and Ali Tippetts from the women's team were all awarded.
 
In order to qualify for the All-Academic honor, student-athletes must have a 3.00 or better cumulative GPA, be a sophomore academically, completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season and competed in at least 50-percent or more of the meets during the season.
