Zac Blair has been named Ping All-America Third Team, announced the Golf Coaches Association of America.

“It’s an honor and a privilege to receive this recognition,” Blair said. “It will also motivate me to improve my performance next season.”

The All-American citation is the first for the junior from Ogden, Utah. During the 2011-12 season, he was on the Ben Hogan Award Watch List and was named to the All-West Coast Conference Golf Team.

Blair, along with teammates Justin Keiley and Adam Tebbs have qualified to compete in the USA Publinks Amateur at Soldier Hollow next Monday and Tuesday, July 9-10.
