Cougars in Fifth after Day One
FAIRFAX, Calif –The men’s golf team is sitting in fifth place after the first two rounds of the MacKenzie Invitational.
After a first-round 63 (-7), Zac Blair shot a 2-over 73 on in the second round, dropping him from first to 15th place overall. While Blair struggled in the second round, the rest of the team played well. Jordan Hammer made the largest improvement on the day. After shooting a first round 74, he followed it up with a second round 66.
