Cougars travel to San Diego for Lamkin Invitational

PROVO, Utah — BYU men's golf will travel to San Diego to participate in the Lamkin Invitational on Monday.

The Cougars are coming off a 12th-place finish at the Southwestern Jones Invitational, where sophomore Patrick Fishburn tied for 13th-place individually.

Fifteen teams will compete in the Lamkin Invitational: Arizona, Arizona State, BYU, Cal State San Marcos, Louisiana Tech, Loyola Marymount, Middle Tennessee, Northern Illinois, San Diego State, UC San Diego, Minnesota, New Mexico, San Diego, Texas and Wichita State.

Teams will play 54 holes over two days. On Monday, groups will play 36 holes on the par-72 course. Teams will then finish the tournament with 18 holes on Tuesday.

Play will begin Monday with an 8:30 a.m. PT shotgun start. Click the following link to follow the event live.
