PROVO, Utah – Jordan Hammer and Jordan Rodgers were named to the 2013-14 West Coast Conference Men’s Golf All-Academic Team, the league announced Wednesday.

Hammer, a senior studying Finance, claimed honors for the third-straight year earning a 3.44 cumulative grade point average. Rodgers, a junior studying Marketing, made his first appearance on the team earning a 3.34 cumultive grade point average.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to his team.

Hammer's best finish of the season came at the Desert Shootout where he finished in eighth at 9-under-par, while Rodgers finished fifth at the Pacific Invitational and the WCC Championships at 6-under and 1-over, respectively.

The Cougars return to action for the NCAA Regionals on May 15-17.
