BYU golf program to host PGA clinic

PROVO, Utah - The BYU men's golf team will be hosting a free golf clinic as part of its Cougar Day on Monday Sept. 23, at 9 a.m. MT, at Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah. 

The clinic is free to the public and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the Professional Golf Association. It will consist of former BYU golfers who went on to play professionally in the PGA Tour. Some of the former Cougars expected to be at the event include Daniel Summerhays, Johnny Miller, Mike Reid, Pat McGowan and Dean Wilson. 

The clinic begins at 9 a.m. and will be conducted on the 1st tee.
