Born Christina Mendenhall on March 27, 1984 in Provo, UT ... parents are Robert and Kathy Mendenhall, who played on the BYU women's volleyball team in 1974, 77, and 78 ... has five sisters: Jamie (23), Gini (18), Kassie (15), Lori (12) and Emily (10), and one brother: Robbie (22) ... brother Robbie plays volleyball for Quincy University (Ill.) and sister Gini plays for Cal State Northridge ... enjoys softball, running and playing outdoors in her spare time ... got her start in volleyball watching her Mom coach at Brighton High ... loves diving for balls ... elementary education major.
