Born Lindsey Fish on September 4, 1982 in Sao Paulo, Brazil ... parents are Dan and Nancy Fish of Provo, Utah ... the former Lindsey Fish married Tyler Kearl on June 27, 2003 ... played two years at Utah Valley State College before transferring to BYU ... started in volleyball by following her sister and started to play club volleyball when she was 12 ... elementary education major.

UTAH VALLEY STATE COLLEGE: Sophomore -- (2002): All-region in 2002 ... led the Wolverines with 223 digs (2.59 dpg) ... team was ranked No. 2 throughout the season ... played in 86 of 95 games ... team finished 26-5 overall ... named UVSC Scholar Athlete of the Month (Sept. 2002) ... named to the Dean's List all three semesters ... played both years at UVSC with current Cougar teammate Mandi Kiholm.
Freshman -- (2001): Compiled 172 digs (1.35 dpg) and 42 service aces (0.33 sapg) ... played in 127 of 147 games ... team finished 43-6 overall, including a sixth place finish at nationals ... coached by Sam Atoa.
