35 Earn All-Conference Academic Award
PROVO, Utah (June 27, 2011) – The Mountain West Conference announced the winter and spring Academic All-Conference award winners, naming a total of 155 from BYU including 35 from the swim and dive team.
There are a total of 17 receivers from the men’s team and 18 from the women’s. BYU tallied the most winners in the conference for the swim and dive teams with the total at 35.
To be eligible for this recognition, student-athletes must finish at least one academic term while at BYU and receive a 3.0 or higher grade point average. Athletes must also be starters or significant contributors to their teams.
