McBratney makes first NCAA appearance

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Katie McBratney received a time of 1:00.74 at the 2021 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships on Friday afternoon.

Women 100 Yard Breaststroke Full Results (prelim/quarterfinal)

Out of 47 swimmers, McBratney earned 41st place in the preliminary round. This was McBratney's first time qualifying for the NCAA Championship.

Katie McBratney and Kennedy Cribbs were the only women from BYU to advance to the NCAA Championship.
