Plaudis Earns MPSF Athlete of the Week
PROVO, Utah – BYU freshman Lily Plaudis earned her first Mountain Pacific Sports Federation/TYR Athlete of the Week award after her impressive performance against Colorado Mesa last weekend.
During her first career home meet, Plaudis set two Richards Pool facility records in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke. At 1:02.69, Plaudis finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke, while also securing the win in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:18.97. She also recorded a 28.49 breaststroke split for the winning 200-yard medley relay team.
