PROVO, Utah – The BYU swim and dive teams will travel to Grand Junction, Colorado, to participate in the Intermountain Shootout hosted by Colorado Mesa University on Oct. 4-5 at El Pomar Natatorium.

“This is our first chance of the season to see how the athletes do in their events,” BYU head coach John Brooks said. “It is also a chance for the freshmen to officially represent BYU in competition. I’m looking forward to a really great meet.”

BYU swimmers and divers will compete against three other schools, including Colorado Mesa, Air Force and the Colorado Mesa club team.

Friday’s meet will kick off at 5 p.m. MDT, while Saturday’s session will begin at 10:30 a.m. MDT. The invitational will be scored in a dual meet format. Live streaming can be found on the schedule page and live stats can be found here
