Several Cougars receive online awards
PROVO, Utah - CollegeSportsMadness.com and TopDrawerSoccer.com have recognized serveral members of the No. 4 BYU women's soccer for their efforts through the regular season.
TDS.com released its weekly Team of the Week honors and included midfielder Cloee Colohan on their list after she recorded her fifth goal of the year in BYU's final regular season game against No. 22 Pepperdine.
CSM.com released its All-West Coast Conference teams and All-America Teams, following the end of the regular season.
Michele Murphy was listed as the CSM.com's All-WCC Freshman of the Year and All-America Freshman of the Year. Teammate Cloee Colohan, Lindsi Lisonbee Cutshall and Erica Owens joined Murphy on the All-WCC First Team with Jaiden Thornock, Carlee Payne Holmoe and Jessica Ringwood listed on the All-WCC Second Team.
Owens was honored on the CSM.com's All-America Second Team and Cutshall was honored on the All-America Third Team.
From CSM.com, BYU head coach Jennifer Rockwood was also named the WCC Coach of the Year.
