Weekly Rankings 10/16
PROVO, Utah – Unbeaten through its last 11 games, the BYU women's soccer team found itself again ranked in every major Division I soccer poll for the sixth-straight week.
In the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division I Top 25 national poll, the Cougars are ranked at No. 5 for the second week. The fifth-place ranking is the its highest ranking ever in this poll, in BYU soccer history.
The NSCAA also releases regional rankings in which the Cougars are ranked No. 1 in their West Region.
The Cougars are ranked in the TopDrawerSoccer.com poll and Soccer America poll. In the TDS.com's Top 64 poll, the Cougars moved up to be ranked at No. 8 and in the Soccer America Top 25, BYU is also at No. 8 for the second week.
SoccerTimes.com also includes BYU in its Top 25 poll at No. 5, up two spots from last week.
BYU plays one game at home this week against Gonzaga this Friday at 7 p.m. MT. The game will be broadcast live on BYUtv.
